The B&B team has built over 98 RTM homes that have moved throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta. Meet the group of professionals that are a part of each build project in our Dream it, Build it Move it process.
Travis Loewen- President and Co-Founder
Travis has continued to carry on the family tradition of building quality RTM homes. As President, he works to source the best trades for each project and implements a strict quality control for each home branded as B&B. He is known for being a great communicator, offering a personal touch to the home building experience that makes customers feel at ease in the process.
Darwin Wohlgemuth- Sales and Estimate Manager
Darwin is responsible for educating clients and walking them through the entire RTM process. He also hosts site visit walk-throughs for anyone considering an RTM project. He prices projects and sources materials with local suppliers, making selections available to customers inside Co-construct to help them manage their choices for their custom homes.
Katia Cline, IDT -Interior Design Consultant
Katia is responsible for all the design work that goes into each B&B Homes project. From helping clients’ design a floor plan that meets their unique needs, to guiding them through the finish selection process that matches their style preferences.
Adam Kulrich, Project Manager – A carpenter by trade, Adam is responsible for managing all of the construction on B&B’s projects. He creates schedules, organizes the trades and manages quality control. Adam also maintains communication with B&B Homes clients to ensure that the building process runs smoothly and on time.
Dave Finlay- Bookkeeping and Accounting
Dave brings a diverse skill base that highlights his vast background running his own business and working with numbers. Dave completes the invoicing and reconciliations to ensure that B&B Homes clients receive the best account care possible. Dave’s consulting has helped create the systems in place to facilitate the growth of B&B Homes.
